Refund & Return Policy

At House of Grace, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • Earrings and custom or final sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization policies.

To start a return, please email us at hello@shophouseofgrace.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Items marked Final Sale at checkout

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
